The Founder Chairman of Shree Niketan, Vish’s father E. Paneerselvam (Paneerselvam), was a chartered accountant by profession and the former Founder Chairman of Srishti Schools, Vellore . With a master’s degree in business administration from SCMHRD , Pune, Vish showed a keen interest in becoming an entrepreneur. He and his father discussed various ventures which would help fulfill his ambition and they finally zeroed in on the education sector. Paneerselvam had plenty of experience in school management due to his long association with Srishti Schools, and he was able to guide his son from the idea stage through implementation.
